DB Error #1062

Hi All,

i've just install Osticket v1.17-rc4 (356e156),
i found this error in system log menu,
DB Error #1062

can anyone please help me, and tell what to do to fix this error?

That just means a record already exists so it can’t insert as it’d be a duplicate. You are fine unless this happens all the time.

Thank you Kevin for responsed my help request, yes this happen every time we created a ticket.

But i already downgrade the version to osTicket-v1.16.3 and thank God there is no DB Error #1062, i guess my problem solved by downgrade from v1.17-rc4 to v1.16.3 🙂
