After an upgrade to 1.16.3 and having 503 errors when trying to update a ticket or create a new ticket, I notice that I do not have ticks against the requisites despite them reported as OK?
Any idea why this is ?
smiths789 You are looking at the Upgrader screen, which saying to you, that your system is already upgraded, no changes are needed
Take a look at the logs of your server it will tell you where the issue is
ramrajone Indeed I know I have upgraded - just wondered why htere are red crosses against prerequisites that are met. Nothign in the logs I can find ... yet

The reason it’s red is because you don’t need to upgrade. It’s telling you you’ve already upgraded so there is nothing to do. It’s simply an indication of you’ve already upgraded.

You’ve already upgraded osticket. You aren’t supposed to visit that page if you’ve already upgraded. This is normal.
