I just manually tried to migrate the canned responses from one Osticket instance (1.63.0) to the other. I exported the mysql data (table canned_response), then adjusted the IDs so that they start exactly where the others end. In addition, I adjusted the department ID. Then I was able to import without errors. The overview now shows more entries (more pages with entries are displayed), but the new individual pages are simply empty. So somehow the data is already available (number of pages shown below is higher), but you can't access it? Is there anything else that needs to be done? Has anyone ever tried the canned reponses?
