I hope you are well and can assist me. I have searched through the forum however, have not found a solution to my requirement. Firstly,

How would I go about configuring the User (Client) dashboard for them to see who the ticket has been assigned to, or who as claimed it. I would like to display the dashboard like this, with the additional column [RC] added at the end. This field will be who the ticket is assigned to.
