I am using whatsapp bussiness api , steps which is followed me mentioned below
1 I added one of our mail address as acollbrator - Apply selective forward mail to office 365 mail(selective forward by applying filter because i need to send msg only for some
of the canned response ) When i use this canned responses this mail will reach to my office 365 mail
2 I created cloud folow and trigeer when mail received in inbox / selected folder
3 I am using ticket number as the custumer id in whatsapp
4 Initialize variable from subject to get ticket number
5 Send http request to my whatapp sapi provider to send template message to customer
