No alerts or emails received

My osTicket was working fine before I changed to a new GEN4 Linux server (Godaddy). Since the migration (and today update to 1.16.3) I have not received any alerts or notifications. My Ticket Settings are attached. PHP 8.1 MySQL 5.7.39 (although my cPanel server info still shows PHP 7.4)

Your PHP version needs to downgrade to 8.0, 8.1 is not supported
have you checked the logs to see if there are any errors?

ramrajone is correct. osTicket does not support PHP 8.1.
Also you will want to tell us how you have email configured.
I had heard that GoDaddy didn't like letting people use other people mail servers from their web servers.
