Using version 1.15.3.1
Email is not fetching properly in the following environment:
1) User sends from Outlook and message format is RTF.
2) Message contains an image (in our case, a company logo in email signature).
3) Helpdesk mailbox is in Exchange Online.
4) Fetch is set to ‘Delete emails.’
A ticket is created on fetch, but:
1) The body of the ticket shows as: (empty).
2) The message never deletes from the mailbox, generating perpetual fetch error messages.
Has anyone else had this issue?
