It would be amazing to have a feature in osTicket to automate send reminders/notifications to agents before a ticket becomes overdue. Is something like this in the plan?

Well, thats kind of what the SLA function already does. You choose the SLA for the help topics that you want and then based on that it will let the agent, Department Members, and/or Department Manager know about it.
