Fresh install of OsTicket via Softaculous. Having trouble getting email piping setup. I've used it flawlessly for years, and cannot seem to get it to work this particular install...
Technical info:
php version: was 7.4.30; upgraded to 8.0.21 to upgrade OsTicket version
OsTicket version: 1.16.3
OS: CentOS v7.9.2009

Every time I send a test email (from gmail) to the piped email address, i get no ticket, but i do see two log entries:


Which tells me the emails are getting piped to OsTicket, but for whatever reason the software isn't recognizing them as emails? I could be way off, I'm no developer. Side note--this community is amazing. Thank you for all your help!
