Each time a ticket is generated by each user the above error is conflicted with an error log.



Is this happening due to trouble in some search queue?

Server Information
osTicket Version - v1.12 (a076918) — Up to date
Web Server Software - Apache/2.4.39 (Unix) OpenSSL/1.0.2r PHP/7.3.5 mod_perl/2.0.8-dev Perl/v5.16.3
MySQL Version - 10.1.39
PHP Version - 7.3.5

    You really need to upgrade. 1.12.x is outdated and has bugs. You are also vulnerable to a few security exploits with 1.12.x. Upgrade to 1.15.x or 1.16.x asap.

      Since 1.12.x is no longer supported it’s not recommended to patch the code. Instead you should upgrade to a supported version.

      Also queue 167 (q167) appears to have an issue. You could go look at the queue and fix it... or delete the queue after writing down what it does and re-create it.
