Is anyone using the Reporting - Paid plugin for extensive reporting. on osTicket Version: v1.15.2.

Do so at your own risk. This is a 3rd party mod that someone from the community made. We do not support custom mods so if you have issues you’ll need to contact the person directly for support.

I use the paid reporting plugin from software-mods dot com. That being said Kevin is correct. You have to get support from them, and the devs don't recommend using 3rd party mods (although a lot of people do so).
Thank you for the replies. Are there any other reporting solutions if the 3rd party solutions are not supported that you can recommend?
There are only 3rd party reporting solutions. The built-in reporting is Advanced Searches + Exports or using the dashboard with historical overview stats.
What we are trying to say is support for 3rd party mods is the responsibility of the 3rd party mod author. We do not support them here, many authors do provide support for their products, but they are not part of the osTicket DevTeam.
