Set the start of week to a different day than Sunday in the calendar

Is it possible to have a feature to control the start of the week in the osTicket calendar and change it from Sunday to Monday?

So instead of the current order: Mo Tu We Th Fr Sa Su

You’d have to look at the jquery calendar code and make modifications to change this behavior.
