Has it ever been working? Do you have SMTP turned on in your Microsoft tenant for the particular user? Have you checked any of the server logs?
Can you try using another email account at Gmail or someplace else to test if SMTP is working at all on your installation and server config?
Hello, I have no problem installing smtp on the supportsytem provided by osticket company, it seems that it is my host question
I would suggest contacting your previous host or sticking with osTicket for hosting as this is what they do best.
Some hosts block using other (third) party mail servers. I would reach out to your hosting support and ask them. The error says "Network is unreachable", which sounds like they are blocking you from getting there.
