I find that the 4th file is not sended by email, but it appears on the ticket.

Example:
Upload: File1,File2,File3,File4,File5,File6
Email received: File1,File2,File3,File5,File6
Example:
Upload: File1,File2,File3,File4
Email received: File1,File2,File3

This tried with different files.

The 4th files that aren't being attached, are they similar in any way? Size? Content? Type?

Tried with different sizes and content type.
And also right now i try with 5 files with 5 different types, and the problem remains, always the 4th file didn't appears on the email, but is present on the ticket.
