Tengo algunos problemas para abrir algunos tickets con archivos adjuntos...
Me carga muy lento y cuando los abre los abre sin poder ver el hilo del ticket
.
¿Alguna solución a esto?

Please post your environment details and also you should have a fatal error being logged somewhere (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.).

A esto me refiero algunos se pueden hasta previsualizar y te dan hilo para contestar y otros no

I guess I should've been more specific. I meant a screenshot of Admin Panel > Dashboard > Information. Also, the logs you've provided are access logs, not error logs. We need the full error from the PHP Error logs and/or Apache Error logs.
