I jumped the gun on calling it resolved. I kept on having issues, but fewer issues... I could select it as an authentication backend, agents could login in, but no luck on getting the user portion working. I ended up replacing all the files again from todays download and it ended up correcting the issue, I would be happy to send the download from Friday and Monday (today) if needed. Im not sure how it could have been cached on my machine or infrastructure... I even used another machine and my hotspot to pull another copy on Friday. Regardless, its working now. Thanks Kevin.
