Hi guys, I'm new here, I'm suffering from the sticket, I would like to know how I can show the status column, I see it in the "tickets.inc.php" file, where it exists but how can I show it in the main panel?

You either need to upgrade to a version that allows Custom Columns Custom Queues or if you are on a version that supports that then it appears someone made customizations to the Queue to remove that column. You can edit the queue to add the column back by going to Admin Panel > Settings > Tickets > Queues, click on the queue, click Columns, and edit to your liking. If you make changes there and it doesn't reflect in the queue then you most likely have personal customizations to the queue and need to edit it via the cogwheel icon in the queue in the Agent Panel.
