Looks like minimum requirement of osticket is php 8. Most of the shared hosting supports 7.4(Max). Is it possible to install it on php 7.4.

  • jlinkson Sure. You would have to install version 1.15.8 since that supports php 7.2-7.4 instead of 1.16.3. I am currently running 1.15.8 with no issues.
