We have several instances of osTicket currently waiting for a solution to the EoL for Basic Authentication connections to Office 365. Without a feature release from osTicket, we will have multiple systems dead in the water on October 1. We don't have the luxury of time to do this last minute. Please provide some sort of timeline for this update.
