Upgrade to 1.15.x

Hello,
I try to upgrade osticket from version 1.14 to 1.15. Upgrade process still ends in second step. It stops with the message „Error occured. Aborting …“ … Something went wrong.

Upgrade process needs run :
v1.15: Add indexes accumulated over time
v1.15: Alter dept_id and priority_id in email table

Can you tell me, what can Ido with it.

Look at the system logs for a more detailed error. Also check all other logs (general server logs, webserver error logs, PHP error logs, MySQL/MariaDB error logs, osTicket System Logs, Browser Console logs, etc.) for any related errors.

Hello,
thank you for your answer. Upgrade process has been finished after night. I don’t know how …. But I am lucky.
But I have next issue now. For example: when I need to add new user, it shows me empty window.

Some idea?

the problem was in configuration of NGINX. I found good comment here:
