Hello there, I created a birthday field and put 1900 year as earliest date. But when I submit ticket, you can see screenshot below the birthday field is empty. Please help thanks.

You will need to input data first. There is no "default value" for Date and Time fields at this time. The "Earliest Date" is simply where the calendar starts.

KevinTheJedi yes I did input data, I put 05/09/1960 but it shows empty on ticket summary page. But when I put 05/09/1980 it shows 05/09/1980 on ticket summary page. Question is why when put 1980 year it show what you put but when you put 1960 it shows --Empty-- .
I will have to test this.
