I just updated osticket to version v1.15.7 and when I want to create a new ticket, it looks like this, why is this happening?

Sounds like you are using NGINX. NGINX is not a fully supported webserver out-of-the-box. You'd be better off switching to Apache or IIS which are both fully supported out-of-the-box. If you must use NGINX you will need to look at the many posts on this Forum and/or search for guides online on how to get NGINX working with osTicket.
