Email fetch takes 6 mins - cron set for 1 min

Hi All,

I have our cron job configured to run every minute which I see is successful in the debug logs (screenshots below). However tickets are all hitting the service desk in 6 minute batches - Hopefully I'm doing something dumb which is an easy fix.

Cron settings:
*/1 * * * * /usr/bin/php /var/www/osTicket/upload/api/cron.php

Update the system email settings for the email being fetched and change the Fetch Frequency to 1 minute. You will want to be careful here though. You need to make absolutely sure that the number of emails being fetched can ALL be fully processed within that 1 minute. Otherwise you'd have a case of mail still processing, another cron executes, picks up some mail that is still being processed by the first cron and create duplicate tickets. It's a delicate balance here with how many emails you fetch and how often you fetch.

Thanks for the info on duplicates, at least I'm aware of the next potential issue before it happens.
