Please check all of the other logs I mentioned. Also, You need to hover over the error name so it shows you the error details.
Also, if you can provide screenshots of the process that'd be great as well.
Cheers.
KevinTheJedi Sorry, I am new to this.
The error occurs when I try to attach an image to the ticket, I will show a screenshot shortly. How can I see the other errors?
That says forbidden which is typically a webserver configuration issue, firewall issue, etc. You will need to review your webserver logs to see why that page is forbidden. If all else fails you should use a fully supported webserver like Apache/IIS.

I understand, I'll try to look in the logs, however, is there any way to change my server to apache from cpanel?
Sounds like you are using a shared host. If that’s the case then your host probably has security rules blocking the requests. You should reach out to your hosting provider for further assistance.
KevinTheJedi I understand, one last question, when I send the email to reset password, I get it like this, what could I do?
Looks like you have not configured SMTP. You can setup SMTP so that mail is sent via a mailserver instead of PHPMailer.
Ready, solved the STMP problem, however I still can't add attachments to the tickets, since doing so gives me the 403 forbidden error, could you give me some extra instructions to solve it?
I will quote my previous response:
uh, I understand, thank you very much, I will write to cPanel support to see, maybe it is some limitation that is giving me this error
