I figured if I had an agent set with All Access to a top level department, those permissions would trickle down to all of the sub departments within that top level department. That doesn't seem to be the case. I can view tickets for sub departments but I can't do anything to them except add an internal note. I tried setting the agent as the manager for the top level department but that doesn't have any effect. I assume this means if I wanted an agent to have access to all tickets and full functionality they would need to have all departments listed under the account?
