Hello everyone.

We are starting to use osTicket in our tracking and support management and I would like to know, maybe the question has already been asked but I couldn't find it, if it is possible to delete/clear an entry in a ticket's thread.

Example, an employee is on vacation, so he has set up his mailbox with an automatic forwarding absence response. This means that his automated emails end up in the ticket's thread, and it doesn't make much sense to be there.

So I would like to be able to delete this entry manually, but I can't find how.

    Too bad there isn't a quicker and easier way, like embedding the option directly into the button drop-down menu on the entry itself.
