I'm getting a blank screen after logging in. ldap integration has been enabled.

UPDATE:
This issue was resolved. I hadn't captured the search bind user details for the ldap integration plug in.

v1.14.x is end of life and no longer supported.
It also only unofficially supported PHP 7.4.
A blank page is a PHP error.
You would want to consult your PHP error logs and see what is being logged.
