we use OsTicket in our Company and are quite happy with our Setup! Everything works fine, except after the last migration we deleted some files which where flagged by Antivirus. Now we get an IOException Error for these files. Permissions are fine those Files are just not there anymore.
So I thought about a solution: Deleting all references to the files from resolved tickets. So we can store the past tickets and we get rid of the messages in the Error-log. After reviewing the SQL schematics I found the Files. But where exactly happens the “connection” between files and Tickets? I just dont find it... And is it possible to just delete this connection?
