Hello, today I tried to set up osticket to send emails via our mail server, but after typing the credentials in and clicking "Save Changes", I get this error: Failed to connect to mail.mydomain.com:25 [SMTP: Invalid response code received from server (code: 521, response: mail.paterohost.com ESMTP Postfix 5.7.1 Service unavailable; client [mailserverip] blocked using zen.spamhaus.org)]

According to UCEProtect, your email provider is on a blacklist. Using mxtoolbox.com to check blacklists, UCEPROTECTL3 shows up for your domain. Digging further on uceprotect.net shows a message about your provider being the issue.

Your mailserver is on an RBL. You would need to reach out to them to get your server remvoed.

In the meantime, please make sure none of your mailadresses of your domain adres compromised.
Changing the passwords of all your mail accounts can be a viable first step.
