OSTicket 1.7 has awesome feature.Thanks for that.But we need to add list of agencies for the tickets and also we need to integrate statistics report based on the agencies.Any Help?

There has been a mod for adding an agency drop down since 1.7ST was launched in the mod section.

Then you will just need to figure out how to add Agencies to the osTicket dashboard or the Mod: Reports (also in the Mods section)
