For some reason, I don’t see the stats of every colleague I can’t even choose. I’ve been looking in older forum posts for what to turn on for it, but I don’t have that option. Having admin privileges on my account with privileges should not be a problem.

Admin panel -> Agents ->Agents
Click on your account
Click on the Permissions tab
Click on the Miscellaneous tab
See 'Stats', is it enabled?

I'm using the latest version of Osticket, but unfortunately, it's still not good. I noticed that the table also writes false data.

    The Dashboard is and has been old and tired for quite some time.
