Good morning, I would like to know if there is a way I can create a ticket directly by email? if so could you tell me how to do it?

Setup email fetching and create a cron job to automatically poll the mailbox:

KevinTheJedi Good Morning. I followed everything the site recommends and even watched the video that is on the site, I followed it step by step, but when I try to create a ticket directly by email it doesn't work, nothing appears on osTicket.
Then either the cron job is not working, or the system can't connect to the mailbox, or it is having trouble processing the email. Look at your system logs to see if there are any logs.
