Missing text descriptions on Choices fields

We have three Form Fields that are type Choices.
When an Agent selects a choice from one of the fields, the information that's sent to the database is incorrect.
The entries in the ost_form_field table are correct and look as I would expect so I don't know why the text description isn't being entered into the database.

You need to upgrade. You are running an old, non-supported version of osTicket and this issue has since been addressed. This is why it's important to stay on top of updates so you get all the latest bug fixes, features, and security patches.

As a side note if your choices field has more then Choose A or B, then you should probably use a list.
