Hi,
If we get the all the tickets from guest user and when he assign to agent. but logically admin can see all the tickets why tickets not showing in the ticket bucket of admin end.

We have stored a lots of tickets, but showing blank at admin end. actually i can't able to change in code too. it very complex.

anyone knows why its happening here. Please help

Being an Admin in osTicket does not grant access to any tickets.
Agents need to be given access to the departments/teams that tickets are created in for them to see them,.
