The image in a response email is not displayed every time. It displays as broken piece in the email.

Could someone please help and review this issue?

I currently have the same problem. I am trying to insert an image into a template and the image does not appear. I tried to use another method of storing files in a directory on the server but it does not work

    Known issue with updated text editor. They appear broken in edit but appear correctly once used.
