Query - Need help with ticket extraction. Is it possible to extract any specific category of tickets and can we automate the extract for every week?

You can export any of the queues (with selected columns) and you can run an an Advanced Search and export that criteria. You can even save Advanced Searches if it’s something you pull daily, weekly, etc. You can read the documentation on Queues (Admin level and Agent level) and Advanced Search below:

With all this said there is no way to automate exports at this time unless you modify the code or write a custom SQL query. If you decide to go this route you are on your own. We do have ERDs available to help map the tables:
