Error 500 when upgrading from 1.14.8 to 1.15.6

We are running osticket version 1.14.8 running on Centos7. Im trying to update to 1.15.6. Normally I havent had issues upgrading in the 1.14 branch but since trying to get to 1.15 branch I get an error 500 after I copy the files to the var/www/html folder as I have for the 1.14 branch upgrades. Not sure if there is something simple im missing.

Did you upgrade PHP from 5.6 to 7 before trying to upgrade?

ntozier I did try it on one of of my attempts and it had the same results.

This was the output for the php version

Did you confirm that was what the web server was running?
CLI and web can be completely different versions.
