All the ticket that had deleted from osticket is been recreated as fetching in on what can i do so that deleted ticket is not created again

Email Repetation
Go to Admin panel -> Emails -> Emails
Click on the email you configured.
In the section "Fetching Email via IMAP or POP" see Fetched Emails
You can either move the emails to a separate folder
or
Delete emails.
