[MOD] Help Topics per Department

Hi everyone,

My name is Masino Sinaga. I am the owner of Open Script Solution http://www.openscriptsolution.com . For some technical reasons, many my customization regarding osTicket v1.6 had been vanished from that website, especially I wrote long time ago around year of 2009 - 2012. I am really sorry for this inconveniences.

So I started again to maintain this website professionally with premium content, especially for osTicket
script modification/customization.

I have created a modification for Help Topics per Department, since many osTicket users need this customization until nowadays. Another reasons why I created it, since one of my clients still need it, too for the latest version osTicket. FYI, they have been using this customization from v1.6 long time ago.

Now you may download it, both for osTicket Original and osTicket Awesome versions. You may also try DEMO from that website.

Thank you, @ntozier . I am so happy to join back to the forum and share some modification to those who need it. My client have been using osTicket long time ago since v1.6, and they want me to update their ticket system to the latest version.
