Im using plugin LDAP Authentication and Lookup to logged the system. For the tickets information i gets info about phone number and email users. Unfortunately a few accounts in AD wasn't added email and phone but after upgrade this information in AD I didn't get in osticket. Does anyone have a way to manually sync the information with AD again?

Is there any possibility to change/update this information by manual in SQL or in some files?

Sure. You could export from AD, and then re-import your users every time that you wanted it to update.
