Hi there guys! nice weekend for you, im wondering if there is any way to disable the email that osticket sends to the user when a ticket is created in behalf of him, but only in certain help topic.
I mean, in some help topics i have to send the email when ticket is created in behalf of user, that works ok, i have a template in order.
but in certain help topic i don't want to send a email to the user when a ticket is created in behalf.
I already checked the checkbox in the new ticket options "disable autoresponse" but the emails still going out. only founded the option to disable to the whole help topics from settings-->autoresponder
but this affects every help topic..
does anybody knows if it's possible what i want?
