We are looking for a way to pass on the data from osTicket directly to an invoicing program after processing a ticket, so that an invoice is automatically created.
Has anyone of you ever realized something like this?
After ticket processing, send the data to an invoice program
The only way that I can think of to do something like this would be to write a custom script (that queries the osTicket Database) to pull data and inject it into your the system. You could run it on a scheduler.
