We are using the LDAP plugin and we have a strange problem.
Users are registering themselves and they are having no problem authenticating with the local account or with the information stored in the LDAP. We think the matching is doing via email, and they are accesing the same user account.
However, we create a staff account (agents) and they cannot access osticket via LDAP. They can only access with the local account.
The LDAP configuration is the same for users and agents and all the users and agents are in the same branch in LDAP.
What can we do?
