What would it take to create a dashboard where you can see all the open tickets in full screen?
I would like to visualize it on a big screen so if you walk by you see what’s going on.
I configured osTicket where I could use it to write tickets for machines on the production floor. Now I would like to visualize it on our screens that we have anyway so if you walk by you see machine XY needs attention.

Well our API doesn’t push data out so you’d need to write custom SQL queries to pull the data and display it how you like. Or you could just broadcast the Open (or whatever) Ticket Queue with whatever columns you want to display what data you want. Look at the below docs on Queues and how to customize them:

I already did the recommendation with the queues and customized it. It looks ok-ish but the problem is like: where do you scroll when new tickets fill 1 page etc. the menu etc is also eating quite some space of that. Seems like i have to read the data from the SQL. I am certainly not good at this level of programming but I can give it a try. :-)
