Good morning ! I have configured my ticket filter but it is not working please help me!
I would like if a customer replies to a ticket with the word (accept, or solved) then the ticket is automatically marked as SOLVED based on the filter! I tried but it doesn't work! I would like to add all the keywords in regex for example (solved, accept, closed topic, problem solved, etc...) That is to say if a customer answers a ticket using one of these keywords then the ticket marks SOLVED automatically. Thank you please help ! @ntozier @KevinTheJedi
