Recently Microsoft has intimate us that, they are going to remove IMAP and POP. Only SMTP Authentication will work that too old SMTP will not work.

Is there any workaround or fixes or release by OSTicket?

      You mean they are going to disable Basic Authentication on the IMAP and POP protocols. We are working on OAuth2.0 support that should be available soon.
