Wrong timezone (almost) detected and some tooltips blank.

In my /etc/locale my timedatectl and php.ini all timezones are set to Europe/Amsterdam.
However, when clicking the "autodetect" in Osticket, it always jumps to Europe/Berlin. My server is resident in Germany but since all settings are set to Europe/Amsterdam, why does autodetect does not use the locale of timedatectl? Where does it get this Berlin time from?

Also, some tooltips in Dutch are blank. I went to the language site of Osticket, but there only is an nl.phar which I don't know how to import.
On the translation site I've seen Dutch translation for 1.15.x is blank at 0%. However I do have a lot of Dutch in my Osticket. Do we just need to translate the missing translations at the translation site of Osticket? Or what is the best way to get all in Dutch?

Maybe it's best to update to 1.16 but I don't see any language file of that version at all. Also I don't know if the storage-fs plugin also works with that version.

I've never used the autodetect button. I always just set the field.

It looks like its pulling TZ_TIMEZONE which is set to $info['timezone']; from your Agent profile.

You would update the translation project at the project site. The next time the Devs update the language packs it should be added to the lanuage packs.

Well... the autodetect option is in my admin agent profile and my "normal" agent profile. So seems nothing is set there by default.
I only have this admin agent user and 1 staff user, which is also my own account. I did set it again to Europe Amsterdam now, but I would still like why it wants to revert to Europe/Berlin as I don't have that set anywhere as far as I know and I'm the only agent/admin of Osticket.

As for the language, as soon as I have some time (pretty soon I guess) I'll try to update the language pack some more.

For the auto detect button we use a 3rd party JS package. I’ll have to take a look when I get some time to see what it uses to determine the timezone. If you want to look into this on your own below is where we render the button and what JS package we use:

As for the language, as soon as I have some time (pretty soon I guess) I'll try to update the language pack some more.

For i18n, you can go to our Crowdin project and suggest changes there in whatever language. If you would like to be able to approve translations in a specific language you can send a request on Crowdin to be a Proofreader.
