FAQ editor strange empty space

I originally brought this up to osTicket Awesome thinking it was a bug on his side but then I rolled back my front-end to raw osTicket and found this is actually native to the system as far as I can tell. On the FAQ editor page there's a strange white space that takes up +/-30% of the screen. I've identified the CSS line that is causing the issue in the screenshot below. If you set it to 100% it at least makes the issue go away and retains the responsive nature of the box to reducing the width.

Is this a known bug?

I will have to review the history to see why that’s there. I will get back to you once I find the reason.

After looking at the history, it appears this was done to "fix the layouts for single language systems". I will have to play around with it to see if this is even relevant anymore.

You wouldn't happen to know off-hand where I could edit out this width setting? We are a single-language (English) deployment but manually setting the width to 100% seems to have no negative effect if I edit the line via dev tools.

Since the product is open source you can edit it however you desire.

My guess is that would be in the redactor css.
