Do we have the option of creating custom tasks for each help topic? If possible, I would like to sync help topics with specific tasks
Unfortunately there isn't a way to do that currently. I am hoping that after 2.0 is released they will revisit tasks and give them a lot more functionality such as tickets being able to spawn tasks by Help Topic.
