Hi there, I have been asked by one of our agents if it could be possible to print multiple tickets. I don't see anything obvious. They can print one ticket at a time, but would like to be able to check off multiple tickets from the "open ticket" view and send them to print. Is there something that we are missing, or if not could this be considered for a future update?

This is not a feature in osTicket at this time. You can only print them one at a time currently.
